Event Location: HOME, Manchester
Music Action International and Box Tale Soup present this unique show that will make you question what you thought you knew about refugees, and show the true resilience of the human spirit.
A remarkable tale of truth and hope in a fantastical world, told with beautiful handmade puppetry, physical theatre and poetry, Gone is inspired by the writing, experiences and true stories of refugee collective Stone Flowers, interwoven with their vivid, atmospheric score. This is a fictional fantasy about the realities of hope and survival.
Join us for this remarkable tale at Home, Manchester, on Saturday 16 June, as part of their Refugee Week Festival. The performance will be followed by a Q&A session with members of Music Action International, Stone Flowers and Box Tale Soup.
Gone is currently touring theatres and schools. To book a performance at your school, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
